1. Lead Magnets & Free Resources
Our lead magnets (such as eBooks, guides, checklists, or templates) are provided free of cost.
Since these are digital downloads delivered instantly, no cancellations or refunds are applicable once you’ve submitted your details or downloaded the file.
2. Paid Consultation Calls
We offer paid consultation calls to help doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals with their marketing strategy.
Refund Policy
- Once payment is completed and a time slot is booked, the fee is non-refundable.
- We invest time in preparing and reserving your consultation schedule, which blocks our experts’ availability.
- However, you may reschedule your call under certain conditions (see below).
Rescheduling
- You may request to reschedule your consultation by contacting us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.

- If you fail to attend the consultation without prior notice, the payment will be forfeited.
3. Digital Marketing Services (If Applicable)
For any custom digital marketing services, refunds and cancellations are subject to the specific service agreement or contract signed between you and RMB – Digital Marketing Service.
Please refer to that agreement for details on scope, payment terms, and refund eligibility.
4. Duplicate Payments
If you are charged twice for the same transaction, please notify us immediately.
Upon verification, the duplicate payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds (in special cases) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method used during purchase.
The actual time for credit reflection depends on your bank or payment provider.
